Abstract
Abstract Education is the most powerful weapon which we can use to change the world. Recently e-learning systems are experiencing rapid development. E-learning is very useful for the college / university students. But the higher secondary school students is something attract to this method, but they are not understand clearly. This method is very useful only for the toppers & above average students. But the below average & poor students are not understand in this method. The slow learners are psychological affected in this method. The students are worried and disturbed in this method. They need spoon feeding education. The main drawback in this method is one-way communication method. The students' doubts are not cleared simultaneously. The researcher focused in some of the psychological factor for the below average & poor students. The researcher conducted research will be used for increasing e-learning system is the academic success.
