Abstract

The article considers the concept of real estate cadastre, given an actual definition. Considered amendments to the legislation, namely the Federal Law "On State Registration of Real Estate." On an example of a land plot located in the Kushnarenkovsky district of the Republic of Bashkortostan, issues of cadastral work in the formation of land plots by dividing the initial land plot were studied.
