Abstract
Adverse Drug Reactions (ADRs) is an injury caused by taking medications for different kind of drugs. Opinion or side effects faced by a patient can be collected but age classification data is not stored. Patients take extra drugs for small health issues. Opinion about a drug with side effects noted by a physician cannot save the patient's life from adverse drug reactions. Age classification should be added to direct the patient with proper medication. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) announced that adverse drug events are rapidly increasing which helps the physician to review the opinion and to compare the hospital database for proper medication. The data which is enrolled by every patient is considered as the database for the proposed system. It works to collect the k cluster of words in the set opinion about a drug. The patient can be medicated with the exact drug for a particular age. This method can help the people to avoid the extra drugs and adverse drug reactions.
