Abstract
Recently, the problem of corporate governance has become extremely relevant in the Russian Federation. Round tables, conferences with participation of not only Russian practitioners, but also international ones are held on this topic, numerous seminars and forums are devoted to it. However, this all applies to large and multinational companies, while few small and medium-sized businesses are aware of the depth and complexity of the corporate governance system, which implies the transparency of all actions. The subject of corporate governance (CG) is the control over the performance of corporate actions, and corporate governance itself can become a source of strategic risks.
