Abstract
The work analyzes main features of the origin and development of the banking crisis in the emerging economies. It is proved that the impact of economic cycles on the development of the banking crisis is manifested in three main phases. First, inflationary phase, coinciding with the initial stage of economic reforms, the inflation impact on the banking sector in several directions.The second phase begins with the financial order, a reasonable monetary policy and financial stabilization. Third, in the credit boom phase, credit expansion is quite strong provocation of the banking crises. To propose to mitigate the negative effects of banking crisis gives organizational and methodical recommendations.
