Abstract
The article considers the issue of improving the quality of education of anaesthesiologists for further professional development. The study is aimed at introducing team communication skills into the educational process. In anaesthesiology, basic principles of management of crisis situations or ACRM should be implemented. The most crucial one is communication management issue. We draw the attention of the audience to the variety of communication barriers. Anaesthesiologists acquire skills improving communicative qualities in accordance with the recommendations of ACRM. For anaesthetist, communication skills play an important role, which requires teachers of postgraduate education to focus on improving communication skills of anaesthesiologists and improving professional skills.
