Abstract
The ability to determine and analyse the behaviour strategies of teenagers participating in conflict interaction is the main element of a teacher's conflict-management competence. Defining factors, influencing the way of behaviour of teenagers in a conflict, will make conflict resolution more manageable and constructive. One of the factors, determining the specifics of teenage behaviour under the conditions of a conflict, is gender peculiarities of interaction.
