THE ROLE OF INFORMATION RESOURCE IN THE SPHERE OF STATE AND MUNICIPAL ADMINISTRATION

In the article the brief overview and explanation of definition of information in works by various authors are presented. The roles of information and information resource in the sphere of state and municipal administration are determined theoretically. The polymorphic nature of information, applied in state and municipal administration, is considered. The peculiarities of manifestation of external and inside information in the sphere of state and municipal administration are described.
