TEACHING TECHNOLOGIES AND FORMATION OF STUDENTS’ BASIC COMPETENCIES

The issues of development of the educational process and teaching technologies in the modern higher education are considered. The implementation of competence-based approach in specialists' professional training is discussed. It is noted that the creation of competence-based model of specialist is inseparably associated with the development of their competencies model as a structured set of necessary, identified and measurable competencies. The general classification of correlation between teaching and pedagogic technologies along with competencies implemented is suggested.
