Abstract
In the paper the notion of tolerance, the main principles of tolerance and its formation at studying foreign language in primary school are considered. Foreign communication is studied in terms of dialogue of cultures most effectively. The author considers foreign language as a means of communication among students, representing various peoples, and formation of tolerant thinking at primary schoolchildren as a condition for successful process of studying foreign language/
