Abstract
In the article some psychological peculiarities of innovation implementation in organization are considered, the behaviour of the modern managers in stressful situations, the causes of mistakes and wrong actions of managers at decision-making are analysed. The author's approach to organization analysis is described. An example of using the Mandala method under the conditions of organizational coaching to reveal the reasons of organization's dysfunction in terms of innovations is given.
