Abstract
The article deals with the issues of evaluation tools development in the system of further vocational education. The author of the article suggests using indirect evaluation method to assess the results of career development. The scientific and theoretical background of this method is also presented, the author's notion is suggested. The novelty of approaches considered in this article is caused by the novelty of the situation itself in the further vocational education system, which is characterized by market dominance and competition on the issues of content and quality of services.
