Nowadays the attention is given to the issues of creating the effective online educational resources in the sphere of education system computerization. According to the international practice, interactive multi-media based electronic products are implemented into the academic process. Information obtained or created by computer can be presented in any volume, any form (text, image, sound), in any sequence. However, it is necessary to take into account the peculiarities of information perception at e-learning.
