Abstract
The authoritarian (monological) transmission of educational information and the authoritarian ways of socializing influence on the forming personality are inorganic for knowledge society, as they do not promote formation of character and artistic freedom. The dialogical principle in pedagogy appeared to be an attribute of our age. The principles of dialogue and cooperation are complementary in pedagogy and must be developed jointly.
