TECHNOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF MANUFACTURING OF CERAMIC ITEMS IN THE PERIOD OF REGAINED INDEPENDECE

The article gives information on thechnological characteristics of manufacturing of ceramic items in Azerbaijan beginning from the ancient times till the period of regained independence. It is stated that the indepence time brought up a young generation of ceramist-painters/designers whose creativity reflects artistic features of traditional ceramic folk art. During the development of scientific and technical progress innovative technological equipment is widely used in ceramic items manufacturing.
