LEGAL GROUNDS FOR THE REPRESENTATION OF THE CITIZEN OR STATE’S INTERESTS BY THE PROSECUTOR IN COURT AFTER MAKING CHANGES TO THE CURRENT LEGISLATION

The article is devoted to the coverage of one of the actual procedural and legal issues of economic law regarding the legal basis for the representation of the interests of a citizen or state in the court by the prosecutor. As the current legislation has recently undergone significant changes, a completely new approach should be considered to allow the public prosecutor to participate in the case, namely: due to the need to justify the latter availability of grounds for representing the interests of a citizen or a court in court, and not on the plaintiff alone.
