Abstract

In the article the author analyzes the role and the place of the institution of international legal recognition of states in modern international relations. And necessity of the institution of international legal recognition to entry for states into international relations. After all, the latter is constantly in the spotlight of the international community, because the number of unrecognized state new formation in the world not only does not decrease, but is gradually increasing. Special attention is paid to the theories, forms and criteria of international legal recognition. Some examples of state-building certain unrecognized states are discussed in this article. Based on the results, which are obtained, we can make conclusions about the role of state construction in resolving the problems of unrecognized states and their impacts on the processes of their international recognition / non-recognition. Also, the author of the work presents different views of scientists on this issue.
