Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the existing international legislation in the field of cloning. One of the main tasks is to learn the main position of the international community in conducting experiments on human genome and on the relation to human cloning. And also consolidation of these positions in international legal acts. The author analyzes the international legal acts, identifies specific issues and problems arising from the uncertainty of the application of such technologies in the field of therapeutic cloning and ambiguity of views of different countries on the application of technologies of therapeutic cloning in the field of medicine, as well as the probability of gradual legalization of reproductive cloning, and suggested ways to solve them.
