The one of very important factors in obtaining a profit company, which is the ultimate goal of his work, is the productive management of personnel. In modern realities, it is clear that without development, training of personnel, the spirit of a single team, without combining all employees with one goal, without creating a positive psychological climate in teams, it is impossible to do this. Therefore, it is relevant to correctly manage the personnel seeking influence on staff in order to increase the efficiency of its work. The article generalizes theoretical aspects of the personnel management system of a modern enterprise. The basic, objectives, principles, factors of influence and directions of activity of the personnel management system are found out.
