The aspect of health influence of physical culture on students with osteochondrosis of spine

Purpose: to describe the main aspects of influence of health physical education on general physical conditioning and on rehabilitation of students with the osteochondrosis of spine. Material: over 20 scientific sources were considered and explored. Results: the problem of ?rejuvenation? of osteochondrosis, of incessant increase of amount of students with displays of illness, the reasons of occurrence osteochondrosis of spine among students were lighted up. The modern views concerning using health physical culture within educational process of physical education were analyzed to improve physical condition and rehabilitate students with displays of osteochondrosis. Conclusions: the efficiency of application of system of the special physical exercises, of swimming, of mechanotherapeutic vehicles in prevention of osteochondrosis of spine and in overcoming of already existent pain syndrome among students of special medical group was substantiated.
