Starting with the evolution created by social web, this article explored potential of current technology tools, with particular reference to the features of e-learning platforms, and related to proprietary solutions regarding content delivery modes, user-based monitoring tests, as well as evaluation techniques in order to better manage interactive online courses, which make the web user active in the production process.
