Abstract
في أيامنا. نوقش هذا الفعل من قبل علماء األديان و المجتمعات. ال يعرف أحد و ال دين و ال نظام قانوني سمح إلسقاط جنين حي إطالقا. اتفق العلماء المسلمين على عدم جواز إسقاط جنين حي, و لكنهم اختلفوا في إسقاط جنين قبل نفخ الروح إليه و تكميل حيويته و خلقته, و حكموا بالغرة لمن فعل هذه الجريمة. لقد قدمنا في هذا المقال أراء الفقهاء المسلمين و ترجيحي في إسقاط جنين و ما يتعلق بها من الغرة. Since the ancient times human beings have attempted to terminate pregnancy due to the various reasons and still continues to do that. This subject has been discussed in all societies and religions. It is known very well that any divine and human legal systems have not accepted knowingly to abort any fetus so far. Muslim scholars ally that any fetus coming to life is aborted is strictly forbidden. However if fetus is not coming to life is aborted, they have different views about this matter. This article discusses the termination of pregnancy and its penal results in Islamic law. It gives the author's views about this matter after presenting Muslim scholars' views about this subject.
