THE USE EFFICIENCY OF THE DRUG DERINAT® IN COMPLEX THERAPY OF PATIENTS WITH SEVERE FORMS OF PULMONARY TUBERCULOSIS

The analysis of the effectiveness of the drug Derinat® in the complex treatment of 20 patients with severe, complicated forms of pulmonary tuberculosis with drug resistance was carried out. Evaluation of clinical parameters were performed at baseline and after 2 months of therapy. The disappearance of intoxication symptoms in 100 % of cases, cicatrization of cavity of destruction in 30 % of cases, termination of a bacterial excretion in 92,9% by method of a microscopy and in 64,3 % using BACTEC method is established. The positive radiological dynamics was observed in 70 % of patients. Significant improvement of hematological parameters has been achieved. The obtained data indicate the beneficial effect of the drug Derinat on the course of the tuberculosis process.
