PATIENTS’ VIEW TO THE QUALITY OF COMPLICATIONS TREATMENT OF DIABETIC FOOT SYNDROME

Abstract
The paper presents the results of a survey of 50 patients with diabetic foot syndrome. As a result of the work, the quality of life of patients undergoing inpatient treatment and their satisfaction with treatment were studied. The study of the aspects of the course of the disease and the effectiveness of treatment makes it possible to influence the economic costs, which in the international agreement on diabetic foot is about 4 billion dollars. Mortality from complications of diabetic foot syndrome reaches 15-20%, the risk of persistent disability in these patients is 15-20 times higher than in the General population.
