PUBLIC ADMINISTRATING IN THE INSURANCE SPHERE: THE CONCEPT AND CONTENT OF THE CATEGORY

This article is devoted to analyze of a concept and content of public administrating in the sphere of insurance, changes of its role in conditions of the administrative reform and implementation of European principles and standards of public administration's activities. During the research main attention has been paid to study particularities of administrative and legal means of public administrating needed to organize relations between subjects of an insurance market and other participants of insurance relations. As a result of scientific research the authors have determined that public administrating in the sphere of insurance, as an important part of public administration, executes regulative, supervisory and organizational functions in the insurance sphere and ensure sustainable development of the insurance activity, and also generally promotes democratic development of the state and our society to the level of world standards.
