FUNGSIONALITAS KONFLIK GOJEK: STUDI FENOMENOLOGI TERHADAP KONFLIK PENGEMUDI GOJEK DI KOTA KEDIRI

One of the products or applications of today's smartphone is a prima donna application GOJEK. GOJEK itself is a technology company from Indonesia that serves freight through ojek service GOJEK has been beropreasi in Kediri since May 2017 until today. the number of online motorcycle taxi drivers reaches thousands. Today's event of concern at the end of 2017 is a demonstration conducted by traditional transportation drivers. After the demonstration there was a mediation effort attended by several parties. This research uses qualitative research method and using phenomenological approach. The data used in this research are primary and secondary data. Primary data is the main data in research while secondary data is additional data in research.,The results of this study indicate the conflicts experienced by drivers GOJEK occurs in conventional transport drivers, fellow drivers GOJEK drivers and GOJEK companies. Conflict with conventional transport drivers occurs directly in the form of verbal or physical violence. On the other hand a group of good GOJEK driver formations formed before or after the conflicts have strong solidarity ties. The communication is very likely to run intensely as a form of resistance from the conflict that occurred. Conflict with conventional transport drivers allows them to be more aware of the importance of alliances with other small groups that benefit their existence.
