ANALYSIS OF PENSION LOAD IN THE REPUBLIC OF BURYATIA

The article presents an analysis of the pension load in the Republic of Buryatia, which includes a forecast of changing the demographic situation in the region. The purpose of the analysis is to calculate the change in the number of the entire population of the region, the able-bodied population, pensioners, and determine the pension load factor and its critical value. According to the calculated econometric model, since 2029 the number of pensioners will exceed the number of working population, i.е. the pension plan will be considered ineffective. To prevent these potential consequences, a sound pension strategy is needed.
