Abstract
In the article, that the crossing of red steppe cows with Holstein bulls, the resulting offspring increases the growth of heifers, milk yield of the crossbred cows. The qualitative composition of the milk, no significant differences were detected except for the higher protein content in the milk of hybrids. It is established that with increase in blood content to 75% on the improving breed the specified signs tend to improve.
