Family case of Alport syndrome in 15 years child

We observed a family case of Alport syndrome in a boy of 15 years. The disease was hidden. When he was 8 the child endured pyelonephritis. At the age of 12 he was diagnosed with sensory hearing loss. In 15 years old, it appeared with complaints of headache, blurred vision, swelling, pain in the legs and increased blood pressure. After an examination and anamnesis, Alport syndrome was diagnosed.
