Abstract
Fitness in the broader sense is the general physical preparedness of the human body. It includes the following elements: preparedness of the cardiovascular system, the ratio of muscle and adipose tissue in the body, flexibility, strength, muscular endurance, a sense of balance, reaction, quickness, good coordination of movements. The meaning of fitness is that a person acquires the ability to perform significant physical work with the achievement of a healing effect. The health improving effect of fitness is the strengthening of the cardiovascular system of man.
