As a result of using the process approach to the study of the interaction between the “educational services market» and «labour market» and the emergence of a labour force market as a result of such interaction has been justified. The differences in the concepts of «labour force market» and «labour market» have been justified. The reasons of inefficiency (or even absence) of interaction of the markets are revealed. The mechanism of effective interaction of labour markets and the market of educational services is outlined.
