Problems of developing skilled human resources on the trade enterprises of the DPR

The article analyses the development trends and problems of trade enterprises of the Donetsk People's Republic, and the reasons for decreasing labour indexes in trade. External and internal problems of forming skilled human resources on trade enterprises, which are described in modern economic literature and existing on the trade enterprises of the Donetsk People’s Republic, have been emphasized.
