Abstract
The analysis of the approved forms for execution of accident investigation records on labour activity in the Republic of Kazakhstan has been conducted. The new form of accident report on labour activity, investigation report (special investigation report) of a labour activity accident is suggested, aiming at data redundancy prevention and more accurate and reliable official data on workplace accidents.
