Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of medical terminology from the point of view of its influence on common vocabulary. Nowadays the anthropocentric paradigm to the language study is put to the fore front by many scientists. This is due to the fact that the problem of the personality is of major importance. The language phe-nomena are studied from the point of view of their value for the person. One of the main directions in studying of language and culture is studying of its vocabulary. The lexical structure of language shows political, economic, cultural changes within the country. The author paid special attention to the language enrichment. Previous studies have indicated that linguists try to use interrelated sciences to study the ways of the language neologizing. The main ways are semantic and linguistic borrowing. Linguistic borrowing, for example, comes to our speech from exchange of experience among the countries. Data for this study was collected from literature, Internet and articles. One of the main directions for the country is the level of education and medicine. Exchange of medical experience and clarificationof scientific problems through media is the source for assimilation and use of words which were used only in the professional speech earlier. The results of the study show, that language always strives for perfection of the speech standards, e.g. a metaphor. Dewless and accurate language of medicine becomes an object which can be used for brightness, expressiveness of the speech. The author analyzed a number of metaphors which are used in journalism and the everyday speech. The use of words of medical terminology in a figurative meaning is not realized by the person as the medical term. Such words are used in journalism and everyday language for capacity and brightness of speech.
