Abstract
Pseudarthrosis of radius and ulna is extremely rare.Only very few cases have been reported in the literature. One case of congenital pseudarthrosis of radius and ulna with neurofibromatosis Type I is reported. The patient had pseudarthrosis of ulna and was on followup. He sustained a trivial fall and developed pseudarthrosis of radius for which k-wire fixation with bone grafting was done. The high rate of recurrence in these cases have made treatment in these cases very difficult. A number of procedures have been described with variable results. Vascularised Fibular grafting is considered a better option but requires expertise for the microsurgical procedure. Creation of one bone forearm is useful in radial head dislocation but with limitation of motion.
