Abstract
The aim of the research is to study the relationship between Morale and Change Proneness among Lecturers, who are worked in Colleges in KundavaiNachiyar Govt. College, Bon Secours College for Women, Government College for WomenKumbakonam, SulthanaAdbullahRowther College for Womendistricts besides testing whether the correlations obtained for the comparable sample differ significantly and concludes that both the aspects are significant statistically. The variables like Gender, Dwelling Background, Qualification, Age, Marital Status and Subjects Area (Science, Commerce and Arts) in respect of Lecturers Change Proneness are statistically significant, while the variables like Dwelling Background, Experience, Subject Area (Science and Arts) and Qualification in respect of Lecturer Morale are differed significantly. The Lecturer Morale and Change Proneness aspects are independent but they are inter-dependent. The investigation shows that there is significance of relationship between the Dimensions of Lecturer Morale and Change Proneness.
