Abstract

Giant cell tumor (GCT) is a distinctive lesion characterized by proliferation of multinucleate giant cells in a stroma of mononuclear cells it is generally seen in skeletally mature individuals of 20- 40 years. It is a benign but locally aggressive neoplasm which accounts for 5 of primary osseous neoplasm. Aneurysmal bone cyst is an expansile cystic lesion and occurs in the second decade of life. Giant cell tumor is very unusual in elderly patients. The occurrence of Giant cell tumor with secondary aneurysmal bone cyst in proximal fibula is also very rare.
