TRAINING CYCLES "POLITE REGISTRY" FOR MEDICAL REGI-STRARS OF POLYCLINICS

Employees of the Center for Practical Psychology conducted 15 full-time cycles "Polite Registry" from July 2017 to March 2018, during which 374 employees of polyclinics in the Lipetsk, Penza and Ryazan Regions raised their professional competence. The development of the program of the course was preceded by an empirical study of the peculiarities of communication between the staff of the registry and visitors of a number of polyclinics in Ryazan, the analysis of which was the basis of the study cases during the training sessions.
