Abstract
The study sought to understand and how the perception of Human resource Management Practices influences affective commitment of organization commitment in Manufacturing Industries in Tiruchirappalli. The dimensions considered for the study are Job security, Compensation, Job autonomy, Working Condition, Training and Development and Supervisory Support and only affective commitment of organization commitment. The population of the study is employing working in manufacturing industries at middle level for more than 3 years. The sample size for the study is 202, by adopting purposive sampling technique. The study identified job security and Supervisor support is the strongest predictor of affective commitment in the selected manufacturing industry employees.
