FORECASTING OF DEVELOPMENT OF FOREIGN ECONOMIC ACTIVITY OF ENTERPRISES ON THE BASIS OF USING THE PATTERN-METHOD

The article substantiates the necessity of increasing the efficiency of forecasting the foreign economic activity of an industrial enterprise as an important element of the system of strategic management of foreign economic activity of the economic entity. The peculiarities of management and risk assessment of foreign economic activity are determined. The managerial processes are described during the forecasting of the development of foreign economic activity of the enterprise. The basis of the "pattern" technique in forecasting foreign economic activity of the enterprise is investigated. The conditions on which the use of the pattern-method in the management of foreign economic activity of domestic industrial enterprises in order to increase the obtained results of management and to ensure the implementation of the set strategic goals of enterprise development are described.
