Abstract
The influence of culture on the foreign policy field is such that culture is considered as a soft power in foreign policy in the current era; which they give the title of cultural diplomacy. Penetrating in the foreign masses and bringing them to the international scene, in order to provide effective pressure on their governments. In other word, the culture of a nation is presented to the outside world, and the unique cultural characteristics of nations are promoted at bilateral and multilateral levels. Out of various forms of modern diplomacy, cultural diplomacy is of special significance. diplomacy allows countries to directly contact ordinary people and leaders of public opinion by employing influential elements of their cultures. Authors aimed to determine the influences of language and literature as independent factors on cultural policy as a dependent variable. findings of present study help to identify that this interaction would be constructive or results clash civilization. The present paper will first discuss status of cultural diplomacy among various forms of modern diplomacy before focusing on management of cultural diplomacy by various countries which seek to meet their national interests..
