Abstract
We present a 45 year old male who was admitted with weakness of both lower limbs and retention of urine for 15 days, and unsteadiness of gait and slurring of speech. His routine blood investigations and CSF analysis were normal, His MRI revealed concentric sclerosing rings in the frontal, parietal and occipital lobes which are diagnositic of Balo's concentric sclerosis (BCS)
