BELLEK, GÜÇ VE OTORİTENİN PARÇALANMASI BAĞLAMINDA “KRAL LEAR” VE “LEAR” OYUNLARININ SORGULANMASI

Bu makale "güç, otorite ve bellek" kavramlarını iki tiyatro oyunu üzerinden tartışmaya açmayı amaçlamaktadır. William Shakespeare'in 17.yüzyılın ilk yıllarında yazdığı tahmin edilen Kral Lear oyunu ve Edward Bond'un günümüzde kaleme aldığı Lear oyunu iktidarın yapı taşlarını farklı bakış açılarıyla ele alır. Shakespeare insanın doğasından hareket ederken Bond şiddetle kuşatılan modern dünyayı çıkış noktası olarak kullanır. Ayrıca her iki oyun, Richard Sennett'in Otorite kuramı kullanılarak çözümlenmeye çalışılmıştır. ABSTRACT This article aims to open to discuss the notions of "force, authority and memory" through two theatrical plays. The King Lear play of William Shakespeare, which is supposed to be written in early years of the 17th century, and the Lear play of Edward Bond, which is written at the present time, consider the building blocks of power with different perspectives. As Shakespeare moves from man's nature, Bond uses the modern world, which is encircled by violent, as his starting point. In addition, both plays were attempted to be analyzed by using Richard Sennett's theory of authority.
