Abstract
Wireless sensor network provides lot of opportunities in various research field, Such as healthcare, education, agriculture, military applications, transportation etc., It's also emerging becoz of the development in wireless communication and minimization of hardware technology. The biggest disadvantages in WSNs are how to share the harvested energy to the dynamic node available in clustering and limiting the battery capacity which affects the data transmission. The sink node doesn't validate the energy, so energy of the nodes may loss or it may destroy. The main aim of this paper to avoid the expected delay response by using neighbor cluster selection algorithm. The data transmission to the destination is more secured based on energy. In the modification process, network security provided to traverse the packets from one cluster to another cluster designed and also peak of the cluster to reach the destination via neighbor cluster selection using clustering algorithm to avoid expected delay response. To acts as active/sleep nodes are presented based on the energy for balancing the load of data transmission.
