Abstract
Co-funded construction in Russia continues developing actively today, providing an opportunity to improve housing conditions for citizens who do not have enough money to buy ready-made housing. However, this method of acquiring real estate is associated with additional risks for both investors and developers. There are a number of specific features related to the development of co-funded housing construction in terms of the formation of high-risk zones attributed to co-funded construction in the territorial housing markets of the Russian Federation entities that deserve paying attention to. The article considers the issues of research of the basic trends in the development of co-funded construction, development of the co-funded construction market, classification of zones of co-funded construction in the territorial housing markets by number of problem objects according to the administrative division, as well as analysis of territorial housing markets by problem objects of cofunded construction.
