Abstract

A cluster algorithm, grouping of sensor node to raise the energy efficiency of WSN. In Wireless sensor network, the cluster based routing is one of the major issues. It will help us to balance the energy and as well as extended the life time of network. Cluster based routing protocol designing and formation of cluster act a very important role in WSN. Resulting of Isolated nodes in the network is due to poor design of cluster algorithm. The data or information sense by the isolated node must be transmitting to the sink. To overcome this difficult, in the paper, a new routing technique called Energy Density with Isolated Node (EDIN) is proposed for the communication of data from isolated node to sink. The Proposed algorithm is implemented and evaluated. The simulation result illustrate that the proposed algorithm perform better than the other presented algorithm in terms of power efficiency and also extend the life time of the network
