Abstract
This article discusses development of geographic information system (GIS) for control and accounting of energy consumption based on wireless intelligent system of control and accounting of individual heat consumption which permits remote monitoring of heat consumption by various housing and utility facilities. A model of the system has been developed which simulates temperature measurements at various facilities for analysis of consumed energy. Innovation methods of accounting of individual heat consumption are proposed based on high accuracy wireless temperature meters. The control system of heat consumption is comprised of meters of heat consumption and readout device connected with central server. The central server displays real time readings of heat consumptions. Operation tests demonstrate that the system is capable to provide measurements with extremely high accuracy. Using this system, the energy consumers can control remotely heat consumption aiming at decrease in heating expenses.
