Abstract
In the current corporate atmosphere, the importance given for the behavioural trainings are getting increased. It may be due to the lack of responsiveness and reliability among the employees. Few years back, when the technology wasn't that dominant, things were very fundamental. Employees had good bonding & the work was also happening in a streamlined and professional way. The productivity in work & also in performance was exceptional. The attrition level wasn't that high as people were bonded towards the organization & work. But in the current scenario it is missing & productivity is getting suffered.
