The process of globalization has become a phenomenon of the modern world concomitant. Thus the depth of the small open economy of the countries do not strive for preservation, because they could face the loss of even a statehood. Process of Globalization has positive and negative sizes. Increasing of integration processes, free trade ability to create goods and service market. At the same time it's also important indexes of economic globalization, which is relatively high in countries which got a small open economy. It is noteworthy that the index of Georgia was ranked 19th in 2012, and at all levels of globalization according to the 63-th place. The globalization process is important for a small open-market economy countries for economic security problem. Here is a non-traditional threats, which include such issues as economic growth, poverty and living standards. In the era of emphasis on the security of the citizens.
