The stones were found in 42.6% of cases in distal ureter. We have used an 8 Fr ureteroscope with ballistic fragmentation system. The complications in our series were two cases of bleeding and grade 2 ureteral trauma that were successfully managed there rate was 6.38%. The overall stone free success rate in our series defined by the absence of residual fragments at three months was 80.9%. This rate increases to 90% in the distal ureter in our series. The average duration of hospitalization was two days. Conclusion: we conclude that semi-rigid ureteroscopy is a performance technical efficient and economic .
